SMTP authentication for Netscape Communicator 6 on Microsoft Windows

Netscape Communicator 6 for Windows requires the following changes to be made in order for you to use SMTP authentication:

1. Run the Netscape 6 Mail application, under the Edit menu, select Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings.
2. Click on Outgoing Server (SMTP) in the left side list.
3. Change Server Name to: REMOTESMTP.WYITH.NET:5190
4. Ensure User name and password is checked.
5. Type your SMTP username in the User Name field.
6. Set Use secure connection (SSL) to Never.
7. Click OK
